At AYE, we are committed to delivering products of dependable quality and performance. Every eligible item is covered by a 6 months replacement warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

To preserve the validity of your warranty, the following conditions must be strictly observed:

  • The warranty card must be retained safely, as it is mandatory for any claim.
  • The product must be used with due care and in accordance with its intended purpose.
  • Any form of physical damage shall render the warranty void.
  • Damage resulting from electric shock, power fluctuation, water exposure, mishandling, or similar incidents shall not be covered.
  • Warranty claims submitted without the original warranty card will not be entertained.

Exclusions

The warranty shall not apply in cases involving:

  • Water damage, fire damage, or improper usage
  • Unauthorized repair, alteration, or tampering
