Products, Pricing & Platform Glitches

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are as accurate as possible. However, human errors or system glitches can happen.

Pricing Error Protection: AYE Originals reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or modify any orders resulting from platform glitches, technical errors, website bugs, or human input mistakes. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing glitch, any payment made will be refunded.

Orders & Verification

AYE Originals reserves the right to cancel or limit any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete customer information.

Important Note: To ensure secure delivery, we reserve the right to require telephone or WhatsApp verification for certain orders (especially those placed outside Lahore) before processing and shipment. Unverified orders may be subject to cancellation.

Refusal of Service

We are committed to providing a premium experience, but we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior or harassment. AYE Originals reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently ban accounts of customers who engage in abusive behavior towards our staff, display fraudulent activity, or repeatedly make false damage claims, without any legal consequences.

Payments

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Any other available secure payment methods will be explicitly displayed during the checkout process.

Warranty

Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

All website content, brand assets, logos, product imagery, text, custom visual designs, and website code are the sole property of AYE Originals. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or reuse of our images, designs, or code by competitors is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate legal action, including formal cease-and-desist notices.
